7 Days Weight Loss Program



This has proved to be the very effective weight loss Diet for 7 days. Hope this will be of much use to all those who are conscious of their weight and health. This program was developed in conjunction with the grant from the US Agriculture Dept and the Food & Drug Admin. Also, it was field tested at the Johns Hopkins Research Centre.


This is designed for target weight loss 5-6 kgs per week. It will also improve your attitude and emotions because of its systematic cleansing effects. It is designed to flush your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well being. Hence it can be used as often as you like to without any fear of complications.

Day-1 :

Eat only fruits except Bananas. It is suggested you consume lots of melons, especially watermelons and cantaloupe.

Day-2 :

You are encouraged to eat until you are stuffed with all the raw and cooked vegetables of your choice. Avoid oil and coconut while cooking the same. Have large boiled potato for breakfast.

Day-3 :

Any mixture of Fruits and vegetables of your choice. Any amount, any quantity, no bananas yet and no potatoes today.

Day-4 :

Banana and milk. Today you will eat as many as eight bananas and drink three glasses of milk. You can also have one bowl of Vegetable soup.

Day-5 :

Today is feast day. You will eat one cup of rice. You also have to eat six whole tomatoes and drink 12 glasses of water to cleanse your system of the excess uric acid your will be producing.

Day-6 :

Today is another all vegetables day. You must eat one cup of rice and all raw or cooked vegetables as you want.

Day-7 :

This last day your food intake will consist of one cup of rice, fruit juice and vegetables you care to consume.

The most important element of this program is the 10 tall glasses of water per day. While on the program take only black coffee and never more than one teaspoon of oil. No fruit juices before seventh day.

After this cycle you will be 5-6 kgs lighter than previous week. If you desire further weight loss, repeat this program again. However it is suggested that you rest for three days before every repetition.

Even more than a diet program it is good to everybody to follow this diet once in a while to clean your digestive system and remove toxic substances that have accumulated in the system.
